Refund & Return Policy

Last Updated: August 22, 2026

At Warp Speed Cards, we take great care in accurately describing our products, securely packaging orders, and ensuring that purchases arrive safely. Because of the unique nature of trading cards, collectibles, sealed trading card products, and other collectible merchandise, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been fulfilled, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review product descriptions, photographs, condition information, and other listing details carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Warp Speed Cards does not accept returns or exchanges based on buyer preference, including but not limited to:

  • A customer changing their mind after purchase;
  • A customer no longer wanting or needing an item;
  • Differences in subjective opinions regarding the condition or appearance of a trading card or collectible;
  • Minor manufacturing imperfections or variations that are typical of trading cards or collectible products;
  • A customer’s disagreement with a professional grading company’s grade or assessment;
  • A customer’s belief that an ungraded card would receive a particular grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other grading service;
  • Changes in the market value of a card or collectible after purchase; or
  • The contents, pulls, hits, inserts, autographs, relics, parallels, or other cards obtained from a sealed trading card product.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the product listing, Warp Speed Cards makes no representation or guarantee regarding the grade that an ungraded card may receive if submitted to a professional grading service.

Vintage and Sealed Trading Card Products

Customers purchasing older, vintage, or factory-sealed trading card products should understand that these products may have been manufactured many years or even decades ago.

Although an item may remain factory sealed, age can affect the cards and materials contained inside the original packaging. This can include cards sticking together or “bricking,” surface deterioration, discoloration, print or coating issues, warping, packaging deterioration, or other age-related conditions that cannot necessarily be identified without opening the sealed product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the listing, Warp Speed Cards cannot guarantee the internal condition of cards contained within an unopened or factory-sealed product and does not accept returns based upon age-related deterioration, bricking, manufacturing defects, or the contents of a sealed product.

Opening a sealed product constitutes acceptance of the risks normally associated with opening vintage or collectible trading card products.

Problems With Your Order

Although all sales are final, we want customers to contact us if there is a legitimate problem with an order.

If you believe you received the wrong item, an item was materially different from its description, your order arrived damaged, or another significant problem occurred during fulfillment or shipping, please contact Warp Speed Cards as soon as reasonably possible.

We will review the circumstances and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

Contacting us regarding a problem does not automatically constitute authorization of a return, refund, replacement, or exchange. Please do not return or ship an item back to Warp Speed Cards unless specifically instructed to do so.

Shipping Insurance

Packages shipped by Warp Speed Cards are sent with shipping insurance as applicable to the shipment and its declared value.

If a package is lost or damaged while in transit, an insurance claim may be available through the applicable carrier or insurance provider.

Depending upon the circumstances and requirements of the carrier or insurer, the customer may be able to submit the claim directly. Customers are also welcome to contact Warp Speed Cards for assistance with the claims process.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with documentation and information available to us regarding the shipment.

Damaged Packages — Important Documentation Requirements

If your package arrives damaged, do not discard the shipping box, mailer, envelope, packing materials, labels, or damaged merchandise.

Shipping carriers and insurance providers may require photographs, documentation, and/or inspection of the original packaging before approving a claim.

As soon as damage is discovered, please take clear photographs showing:

  • The entire exterior of the package;
  • All sides of the shipping container, mailer, or envelope;
  • The shipping label, including the tracking information;
  • Any visible damage to the exterior packaging;
  • The package immediately after opening, when possible;
  • All internal packing materials;
  • The damaged item or items;
  • Close-up photographs clearly showing the damage;
  • Wider photographs showing the damaged item in relation to its packaging; and
  • Any other information that may help document how the shipment arrived.

Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials until the insurance claim has been completely resolved.

A carrier or insurance provider may request additional photographs, documentation, statements, or physical inspection of the package and its contents.

Failure to retain the original packaging or provide requested documentation may affect the carrier’s or insurer’s ability to process or approve a claim.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been lost, significantly delayed, or otherwise not delivered, please contact us so that the shipment can be reviewed.

Depending on the carrier and circumstances, a waiting period, missing-mail search, carrier investigation, or other process may be required before an insurance claim can be submitted or resolved.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, household members, neighbors, building management, or other areas where the carrier may have left the package.

Please contact us promptly if the package remains missing so that we can help determine what options may be available.

Insurance Claims and Cooperation

Insurance claims are subject to the terms, requirements, eligibility rules, and decisions of the applicable shipping carrier or third-party insurance provider.

Customers agree to reasonably cooperate with requests necessary to investigate or process a shipping claim. This may include providing photographs, retaining packaging, completing forms, providing statements, or presenting the damaged package to a carrier for inspection.

Warp Speed Cards cannot guarantee that a carrier or insurance provider will approve a particular claim.

When appropriate, we will assist customers with the claims process and provide shipment documentation available to us.

Refunds Related to Shipping Claims

When a refund, replacement, or other resolution is dependent upon a shipping insurance claim, the resolution may be subject to investigation and approval by the applicable carrier or insurance provider.

Customers should not dispose of, alter, repair, or return damaged merchandise or packaging while a claim is pending unless instructed to do so.

Incorrect Items or Fulfillment Errors

If Warp Speed Cards sends an incorrect item or makes another material fulfillment error, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the item received and the packaging in which it arrived.

We will review the issue and provide instructions regarding the appropriate resolution.

Please do not return an incorrectly shipped item without first contacting us and receiving instructions.

Condition of Trading Cards and Collectibles

Trading card condition can be subjective. Warp Speed Cards makes reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe merchandise.

Product photographs should be considered an important part of the item’s description. Customers are encouraged to review all available photographs before purchasing and to contact us with questions before placing an order.

Unless expressly advertised as professionally graded, cards are sold as ungraded/raw cards. Any condition description provided for an ungraded card represents a reasonable assessment and is not a guarantee that a professional grading service will assign a particular grade.

Manufacturing characteristics such as centering, print lines, surface imperfections, factory scratches, edge or corner imperfections, print defects, and similar characteristics may affect professional grading results and are not necessarily evidence that an item was damaged after sale.

Graded Cards

Professionally graded cards are sold based upon the card and holder as received and photographed.

Warp Speed Cards is not responsible for the grading standards, opinions, population reports, registry information, or subsequent decisions of third-party grading companies.

Unless otherwise stated, the grade shown on a professionally graded card is the grade assigned by the grading company identified on the holder.

Product Images and Descriptions

Whenever a listing contains photographs of the specific item being sold, customers should carefully review those photographs before purchasing.

For products where stock or representative photographs are used, minor variations in packaging, printing, coloration, centering, or other manufacturing characteristics may occur.

If you have questions about a particular item’s condition, edition, variation, serial numbering, packaging, or other characteristics, please contact Warp Speed Cards before purchasing.

Unauthorized Returns

Because Warp Speed Cards does not generally accept returns, merchandise should not be shipped back without prior authorization.

An unauthorized return does not guarantee a refund and may create additional shipping or handling issues. Please contact us first so that we can determine the appropriate course of action.

Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to request a cancellation before shipment, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated once processing has begun.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Warp Speed Cards directly regarding any problem with an order before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Many shipping, delivery, or order-related issues can be investigated and resolved more efficiently when we are given an opportunity to review the situation.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights a customer may have under applicable law or the rules of their payment provider.

Exceptions Required by Law

This policy is intended to apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law requires a return, refund, cancellation, or other remedy under circumstances where this policy would otherwise provide differently, the requirements of applicable law will control.
